A sweet tangy pickle made from whole chunks of fresh garlic without any preservatives added. Goes well with most curries. Alternatively, can be used as a sandwich spread.

• Green Chillies
• Chilli powder
• Acetic Acid (E260)
• Cumin powder
• Split mustard
• Turmeric powder.
