Return & Replace Policy

Once the order is confirmed, Ferns Fine Foods Pvt. Ltd will not be accepting return or refund requests and you cannot cancel the order. We kindly request all customers & site visitors to review our Return & Replace Policy before ordering from www.fernsfood.com. However, if any of the below circumstances occur, we will be more than happy to help and find a solution that is fair to all parties.

In case you have received damaged products-

  • Users must notify Ferns Fine Foods Pvt. Ltd within 5 days from the delivery date via email.
  • Make sure you mention the order number, the image of the invoice, 3 images of the damaged product, one of the images must be an outer box image.
  • If the shipment contains multiple products, only the damaged product will be replaced.

In case of Missing products-

  • Users must notify Ferns Fine Foods Pvt. Ltd within 5 days from the delivery date via email.
  • Make sure you mention the order number, an image of the invoice, 3 clear images of an opened box with all products inside, one of the images must be an outer box image.
  • We won’t be able to accept a refund request but we will be happy to re-send the missing product.

In case of spoiled products-

  • Users must notify Ferns Fine Foods Pvt. Ltd within 5 days from the delivery date via email.
  • Make sure you mention the order number, an image of the invoice, 3 images of the spoiled product, 1 video of the spoiled product, one of the images must be an outer box image.
  • We will be replacing spoiled products after due investigation and diligence and we assure a fair outcome at all times.
