Bhuna Chicken Curry

Method

  1. In a large pan heat oil, add Ferns’ Bhuna Paste and stir fry for a few minutes.
  2. Add the diced chicken and fry until brown.
  3. Add the finely chopped onion and the chicken stock and simmer for ½ hour.
  4. Add tomatoes and simmer for another ½ hour.
  5. Sprinkle in the chopped coriander and serve.

Ingredients

  • 200g diced chicken
  • 1tsp oil
  • 3 tsp Ferns’ Bhuna Paste
  • 200 g chopped tomatoes
  • 200 ml chicken stock
  • 1 large onion finely chopped
  • Handful of chopped coriander.
