Bhuna Chicken Curry
Method
- In a large pan heat oil, add Ferns’ Bhuna Paste and stir fry for a few minutes.
- Add the diced chicken and fry until brown.
- Add the finely chopped onion and the chicken stock and simmer for ½ hour.
- Add tomatoes and simmer for another ½ hour.
- Sprinkle in the chopped coriander and serve.

Ingredients
- 200g diced chicken
- 1tsp oil
- 3 tsp Ferns’ Bhuna Paste
- 200 g chopped tomatoes
- 200 ml chicken stock
- 1 large onion finely chopped
- Handful of chopped coriander.
