Murgh Musallam Recipe Method:
- Clean and joint chicken into 4-6 pieces.
- Apply salt, Ferns’ ginger-garlic paste, and Ferns’ Mild Curry Paste to the chicken pieces and marinate for ½ hour.
- Heat oil/ghee.
- Add whole spices, onion, and tomato pastes and sauté until oil separates from the mixture.
- Add marinated chicken pieces and sauté for 4-5 minutes.
- Add 1½ cups of stock or water, cover, and cook until tender.
- The gravy should be thick and coat the chicken pieces.
- Garnish with hard-boiled egg and chopped coriander leaves.
- A variation of this dish can be made by stuffing the masala into a whole chicken and roasting it in a hot oven.

- चिकन को साफ करके 4-6 टुकड़ों में जोड़ लें।
- चिकन के टुकड़ों पर नमक, फर्न्स अदरक-लहसुन पेस्ट और फर्न्स माइल्ड करी पेस्ट लगाएं और 1/2 घंटे के लिए मैरीनेट करें।
- तेल/घी गरम करें।
- साबुत मसाले, प्याज़ और टमाटर का पेस्ट डालकर तब तक भूनें जब तक कि मिश्रण से तेल अलग न हो जाए।
- मैरीनेट किए हुए चिकन के टुकड़े डालें और 4-5 मिनट तक भूनें।
- 1 1/2 कप स्टॉक या पानी डालें, ढककर नरम होने तक पकाएँ।
- ग्रेवी मोटी होनी चाहिए और चिकन के टुकड़ों पर कोटिंग करनी चाहिए।
- कड़ी उबले अंडे और कटे हरे धनिये से गार्निश करें।
- इस व्यंजन को एक पूरे चिकन में मसाला भरकर और इसे गर्म ओवन में भूनकर बनाया जा सकता है।
