Hot Lamb Curry

Method

  1. Finely chop onions and fry in oil till brown.
  2. Add the Ferns’ ginger garlic paste and the Ferns’ Hot Curry Paste.
  3. Fry well.
  4. Add lamb cubes and fry on a high flame for 2 minutes.
  5. Add coconut milk.
  6. Cover and simmer till done (Approx. 1 hour).

Ingredients

  • 500g lamb cubed
  • 2 medium-sized onions
  • 1½ tsp Ferns’ ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tsp Ferns’ Hot Curry Paste
  • 200ml coconut milk
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tsp oil.
