Cauliflower & Peas Curry

Method

  1. Cut cauliflower into florets.
  2. Make a paste of tomatoes and onions.
  3. Heat oil.
  4. Add onion and tomato paste, and fry until lightly coloured.
  5. Add garlic paste, Ferns’ Hot Curry Paste, cauliflower and peas and sauté for a few seconds.
  6. Add ½ cup of water. Bring to a boil, add salt, and coconut cream and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  7. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium-size cauliflower
  • ½ cup shelled green peas
  • 2 teaspoons Ferns’ Hot Curry Paste
  • 3 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 3 onions
  • 1 cup coconut milk/cream
  • A few sprigs of coriander leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • ¼ cup oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic.
