Korma Lamb Curry

Method

  1. Finely chop onions and fry in oil till brown.
  2. Add Ferns’ ginger garlic paste and Ferns’ Korma Paste.
  3. Fry well.
  4. Add lamb cubes and fry on a high flame for 2 minutes.
  5. Add coconut milk.
  6. Cover and simmer till done.
  7. (Approx. 1 hour) or pressure cook for 25-30 mins.
