Minced Mutton / Chicken

Method

  1. Fry onions in oil till brown.
  2. Add Ferns’ ginger garlic paste, tomato purée and Ferns’ Kebab Paste in that order.
  3. Fry well, stirring all the time, till moisture evaporates.
  4. Add the mince.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Cover and allow to cook till done. (Approx. 45 minutes).
  7. Add salt to taste.
  8. Allow all the water to evaporate, frying till mince is browned.
    Serving suggestions:
  9. Serve with chapatis.
  10. Use for samosa or pastry filling.
  11. Serve on bite-sized squares of toast for a snack.

  • 500g minced chicken/mutton
  • 2 medium-sized onions
  • 50g tomato purée
  • 1 tsp Ferns’ ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tsp Ferns’ Kebab Paste
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • Salt to taste
  • 20ml oil.
