Minced Mutton / Chicken
Method
- Fry onions in oil till brown.
- Add Ferns’ ginger garlic paste, tomato purée and Ferns’ Kebab Paste in that order.
- Fry well, stirring all the time, till moisture evaporates.
- Add the mince.
- Mix well.
- Cover and allow to cook till done. (Approx. 45 minutes).
- Add salt to taste.
- Allow all the water to evaporate, frying till mince is browned.
Serving suggestions: - Serve with chapatis.
- Use for samosa or pastry filling.
- Serve on bite-sized squares of toast for a snack.

- 500g minced chicken/mutton
- 2 medium-sized onions
- 50g tomato purée
- 1 tsp Ferns’ ginger garlic paste
- 2 tsp Ferns’ Kebab Paste
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- Salt to taste
- 20ml oil.
