Paneer Gravy
Method
- Cut paneer into 1″ cubes.
- Heat oil and fry paneer till golden brown.
- Remove and immerse in water for 15 minutes.
- Drain and discard water.
- Grind onion to a paste and fry in some of the oil.
- When golden, add Ferns’ Biryani Paste and stir fry.
- Add 1 cup of water and fried paneer and simmer till gravy is thick.

- 350g cottage cheese (paneer)
- 200 ml oil
- 1 large onion
- 2 tablespoons Ferns’ Biryani Paste.
