Paneer Gravy

Method

  1. Cut paneer into 1″ cubes.
  2. Heat oil and fry paneer till golden brown.
  3. Remove and immerse in water for 15 minutes.
  4. Drain and discard water.
  5. Grind onion to a paste and fry in some of the oil.
  6. When golden, add Ferns’ Biryani Paste and stir fry.
  7. Add 1 cup of water and fried paneer and simmer till gravy is thick.
