Prawn Balichow Chicken Curry
Method
- Fry the onion and garlic in the oil for 1 minute, then add the chicken and cook until brown.
- Place the chicken and the vegetables into a casserole dish.
- Mix together the Prawn Balichow and the coconut milk and pour it over the ingredients in the casserole.
- Cover and bake in a moderate oven for about 45 minutes.
- Serve with steamed rice.
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 1 large onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 1 tablespoon olive or sesame oil
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 1 cup frozen or fresh beans
- 1/4 cup of slivered blanched almonds
- 1 can coconut milk
- 4 tablespoons of Ferns’ Prawn Balichow Paste
