Prawn Balichow Prawn Relish

Prawn Balichow

Method

  1. Melt butter in a pan and fry chopped onion till it is translucent.
  2. Add Ferns’ Prawn Balichow paste and sauté on a high flame.
  3. Chop prawns and apply salt and pepper.
  4. Fry separately in 1 tbsp oil on a high flame for a minute.
  5. Add to onion and Balichow.
  6. Mix well.

Ingredients

  • 250g prawns shelled and deveined
  • 5 tsp Ferns’ Prawn Balichow Paste
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper for seasoning
  • 1 tbsp oil.
